Fusion Flow Massage

Fusion Flow is a personalised massage experience created and delivered by Myles. It combines sports-inspired massage techniques, assisted Thai-style stretching, myofascial release and optional dry cupping.

Designed for people who feel tight, stiff, physically tired or restricted, every session is adapted to how your body feels on the day.

Targeted bodywork. Assisted stretching. Total reset.

60, 90 and 120-minute appointments available

FOCUSED BODYWORK. MOVEMENT. RECOVERY.

MORE THAN A STANDARD MASSAGE

Fusion Flow was created for people who want more than a standard relaxation massage, but do not need a clinical sports therapy assessment.

Each treatment combines flowing massage with focused hands-on techniques and assisted movement. The aim is to ease muscular tension, improve comfortable movement and leave you feeling lighter, looser and restored.

There is no fixed routine. The pressure, techniques and areas of focus are adapted to your body, your comfort and what you want from the session.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is Fusion Flow the same as sports massage?

No. Fusion Flow uses some sports-inspired and remedial massage techniques, but it is not a clinical sports massage assessment. It does not include injury diagnosis, gait analysis, formal posture assessment or physiotherapy.

Will the treatment be painful?

The pressure is always adapted to your comfort. Some focused techniques can feel intense, but the treatment should remain manageable. You can ask for the pressure to be changed at any time.

Do I need to play sport or exercise regularly?

No. Fusion Flow is suitable for gym members, office workers, tradespeople, drivers, active parents and anyone who feels physically tight, tired or restricted.

What should I wear?

Appropriate draping is used during the massage. Comfortable, flexible clothing may be recommended when assisted stretching is a larger part of your session.

Is dry cupping always included?

No. Dry cupping is optional. It will only be included when suitable and after discussing it with you. Cupping can sometimes leave temporary marks on the skin.

Which appointment length should I choose?

Choose 60 minutes for focused attention on one or two areas. Choose 90 minutes for a more complete treatment with stretching. Choose 120 minutes when you would like detailed full-body work and more time to relax.

Can Fusion Flow treat an injury or medical condition?

Fusion Flow is a massage and bodywork treatment. It is not a replacement for medical care, physiotherapy or diagnosis. Speak to an appropriate healthcare professional if you have an injury, unexplained symptoms or concerns about your health.
