Kimyra Thai Massage & Spa – Therapist/Client Comfort and Privacy Policy

At Kimyra Thai Massage & Spa prioritizes your comfort and privacy throughout your treatment. For services including Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Swedish Massage, we follow a strict policy of only exposing the specific areas needed for treatment, keeping the rest of your body covered with a towel at all times. For ease and effectiveness, you may be asked to remove certain clothing before the session begins But at all time UNDERWEAR WILL REMANE ON.

Upper Back, Neck, and Shoulder Massage for Women

Typically, we’ll ask you to remove any clothing on your top half (except for underwear) and lie face down on the treatment couch. Your therapist will leave the room to allow you privacy while you undress, and a large towel will be provided for you to cover yourself. For an optimal massage experience, your therapist may gently unhook your bra while you are lying down, but only with your permission. We recommend removing any sports bras without a back fastening in advance to allow full access for massage.

Upper Back, Neck, and Shoulder Massage for Men

You’ll only need to remove your shirt or t-shirt before this treatment.

Lower Back and/or Leg Massage for Men and Women

If you've booked a lower limb massage, we suggest bringing loose-fitting shorts to change into. For all other massage types, you’ll be asked to remove trousers or skirts, while your underwear remains on. Your therapist will leave the room while you change and provide a large towel for you to cover yourself on the treatment couch.

Full Body Massage for Men and Women

For full-body treatments, we ask you to remove your clothing, keeping your underwear on. As with all treatments, you will have complete privacy to undress, and a large towel will be provided to cover you before the therapist re-enters.

Here at Kimyra Thai Massage & Spa, you will never be put under any obligation to rebook, we will only give our professional opinion on whether we think it is appropriate and how soon that should be.

You will always be given the option to contact us (in your own time) to decide whether to come in again.

Same day appointments are sometimes available, and we can also put you on our waitlist. However, our massage therapists tend to be fully booked so we recommend booking in advance.

Yes we have a couples massage room so both of you can experience Kimyra Thai Maasage & Spa together.

A couple massage is when two people enjoy a massage treatment within our couple therapy room by laying on two separate massage bed. The choice is yours.

The unique massage services we provide and the design of our therapy rooms create the perfect atmosphere for relaxing both the body and mind.

To book a couple massage call (add number here) Monday – Saturday from 10am-8pm | Sunday 10am - 5pm.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Time for your appointment has been specially arranged for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. We will do our best to provide you with the services you have booked, but we cannot guarantee the full time if you arrive late. Full payment for your scheduled services will be expected.

Tipping is neither required nor expected, but of course we appreciate the gesture! Our massage therapists do not depend on tips, but if you would like to leave a tip and you like the massage service of your therapist, then you can give tips to our wellness therapists. The tipping act is a fascinating phenomenon and massage therapy is hard work. Your therapist invests lots of effort to provide you relaxation experience and thus gratuities are considered as a valuable element of therapist compensation and an act of saying thank you for their meaningful efforts.

If you are sick, you may get your therapist sick and pass it on to other clients that day. We prefer you reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell, so let us know as soon as possible.
